Do you want to be a barista?

The café environment never sleeps. We have big plans, and that's why we're looking for team members to help us set things in motion. Being a barista is not just about making coffee – it's about communication, both with guests and within the team. We're looking for someone who naturally enjoys being around people, is responsible, and can prepare and serve drinks, products from our bakery, or meals with a smile.

Previous experience is not essential. If you truly want to become a barista, we can teach you everything you need to know. What matters most to us is your willingness to learn and grow.

You'll benefit from barista training, discounts in our cafés, and flexible shift planning. We love to see our baristas grow within the company – many of our managers and other team members started their journey as baristas! At mamacoffee, we maintain an informal atmosphere, we’re on a first-name basis with everyone, and we value both social and environmental responsibility.

 

 

We prefer long-term cooperation under an agreement for work (DPP), and our requirement is that you can commit to working at least 50 hours per month.
