100%, undiluted, unfiltered must, without the addition of any chemical preservatives, only pasteurized at 78°C (which is a gentle pasteurization process that largely preserves the vitamins) from a small family mustery in Stvolny near Manětín.
The Hruška family has been operating an eco-farm with a mustery here since 2008. In addition to apples from their own orchards, they only buy apples from trusted gatherers that are chemically untreated. Mr. Hruška says: "Our philosophy is a natural lifestyle and agricultural management in the system of ecological agriculture. We see agriculture as an opportunity to use the natural heritage and legacy of our ancestors. This philosophy also guides the production of musts, so we emphasize quality and natural origin without any chemical preservation."
