About the tea
Oolong is a semi-oxidized tea of which there are thousands of varieties. Originally from China, like ours, it is also produced in Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Oolongs often have a delicate sweet taste with a light infusion or a more complex roasted flavor with a dark infusion, depending on the degree of oxidation.
Preparation at home
Steep 5 grams of tea in 250ml of water heated to 85 degrees Celsius. Let it steep for 4 minutes and serve. You can prepare multiple infusions from the same tea leaves.
