About the Coffee

The Dejavu Espresso Blend contains 100% Arabicas from Brazil and Nicaragua, which we roast separately and blend in a specific ratio after roasting. The first coffee in our blend is the washed Nicaragua Norlan & Uriel from El Progreso farm in the Nicaraguan region of Matagalpa. We have been working with the Chavarría brothers, who are the fourth generation of coffee farmers, since 2018. Their approach shows respect for tradition, but also a great effort and desire to learn new methods and produce top-quality coffee.

The second coffee is a natural coffee from Brazil from our friend Paulo Toledo, with whom we have also been collaborating for several years. This partnership allows us to bypass all coffee middlemen, ensuring that the coffee farmers' profits are not diminished.
