Since the founding of mamacoffee, we have focused on the excellent quality of specialty coffee and direct collaboration with coffee farmers around the world. To bring you a taste of the diversity of flavors and stories, we have prepared a tasting set of coffees from our projects in Brazil and Nicaragua. This set is now complemented by one coffee that, although not part of our project, impressed us with its organic quality and unique flavor profile.

For espresso lovers, you’ll enjoy coffee from Brazilian farmer Paulo Toledo, which will captivate you with its sweet, full flavor of cocoa and raisins, perfect for home espresso machines or moka pots.

Filter coffee fans will appreciate the coffee from farmers Norlan and Uriel from Nicaragua. This anaerobic coffee stands out with its intense and complex flavors of rum, nougat, mango, and caramel, making it a perfect match for any filter preparation.

The last coffee in the set is an organic coffee from Peru, processed using the washed method. It’s again ideal for home espresso machines or moka pots, featuring sweet acidity and flavors of nougat, cranberries, and dried apples.
