Gift vouchers

Rules for selling mamacoffee gift vouchers:

At mamacoffee, you can purchase 3 types of gift vouchers. On this page, we have outlined the rules for delivery and voucher formats. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at the email address objednavky@mamacoffee.cz or call us at +420 777 745 176.

 

Gift voucher for mamacoffee cafés:

We offer this gift voucher in nominal values of 250,- 500,- and 1000,- CZK.

It can only be used at mamacoffee cafés.

We will send you the gift voucher in paper format.

It can also be purchased at our cafés.

 

Gift voucher for coffee subscriptions:

We are happy to deliver the gift voucher for our coffee subscription called "Coffee Family" to you in paper form or by email in PDF format.

The gift voucher contains a unique code that you enter at checkout when selecting one of the two versions of the coffee subscription on our e-shop. After entering it, the price of the basket will be reduced by the subscription price.

It can only be redeemed on our e-shop.

Email delivery - the voucher will be delivered to you within the next working day at the latest.

Delivery of the paper voucher is via the following shipping methods: Zásilkovna, PPL, or personal pickup.

 

Gift voucher for coffee preparation courses:

We are happy to deliver the gift voucher for our coffee preparation courses to you in paper form or by email in PDF format.

The gift voucher contains a unique code that you enter at checkout when selecting the course date. The value of the basket will be reduced by the course price.

It can only be redeemed on our e-shop.

Email delivery - the voucher will be delivered to you within the next working day at the latest.

Delivery of the paper voucher is via the following shipping methods: Zásilkovna, PPL, or personal pickup.
