They also focus on supporting sustainability in coffee cultivation and in the broader ecological context. As of 2022, the association had 232 members, the majority of whom also have organic certification. The coffee cultivation methods are environmentally friendly, with farmers carefully preserving soil, water, flora, and fauna. All activities of the association are conducted with respect for workers' rights, ensuring fair and equal compensation. The production areas' altitudes range from 980 to 2169 meters, allowing the coffee ripening period to typically extend from March to October, with minimal variations due to annual climate changes.
