Jose (Chepe) Velasquez, project Nikaragua

My name is Jose Velasquez but friends call me Chepe, I'm from Nicaragua.
My first step into the coffee world was from the agriculture school, where I did my first research on coffee plantation. Since I saw my first coffee farm I fell in love with all the culture that coffee involves and the impact that can have on the people who dedicated their life to producing coffee. I like to walk and observe the different organisms you can see in nature, I also like music and read old books.

I do coffee because I think that is one of the few products in agriculture that you can really transmit through it the personality and the intensity of your work.
