Hello, I'm Michal and I came to work at mamacoffee as blind as a bat. I became a Prague resident in March and joined the warehouse and packing department in July, so I actually hadn't had many opportunities to visit mamacoffee before that. I heard from friends that the company was looking for a new and reliable colleague to manage orders and the warehouse, and since I had previously worked in a warehouse, I didn't hesitate for long.
What I love about my job at mamacoffee is that it's never the same. One moment I'm preparing deliveries for cafés, the next I'm packing shipments for PPL, and in between, I'm taking customer calls. There's just no room for boredom here.
What does mamacoffee mean to you?
For me, mamacoffee is a great team of people who aren't just focused on earning and saving money at all costs, but primarily care about the well-being of customers, sustainable sources, and fair coffee purchases directly from farmers.
What is your favorite kind of coffee?
As for coffee preparation, I prefer a really strong "Turkish coffee" that could wake the dead. That kind of coffee just belongs at work.
